Health- struggling with perfect health has been an on going issue for many! You know what you have to do intellectually however putting action to that had been dragging you into some twisted kinda depression! You feel really happy with yourself when you apply what you know to action! When you look back on your past and the influence from your parents you may not see a clear and self care pattern! It’s likely a new an improved pattern of change that should be implemented! It’s harder when you are blazing new trails but oh so very rewarding!
Body care will be the crux of change you want most! Leave behind the mindless action and incorporate exactly what you know you need to increase your lifespan! You don’t need a crowd cheering you on, you don’t need a sponsor, and you certainly don’t need a gym buddy! You just need to do what’s right for you!
Others will be focused on changing the stress levels in their environment asking for assistance in creating that maybe just what you thought you needed but you will soon find out that is not necessary! It’s good to know where you stand but to be perfectly honest you already know! Stand tall and follow both your instincts and your heart! You are capable of far more than you know!

 
Business-many new customers will find you this week! Also those that have been meaning to connect with you and your service will come out of no where! Some folks from communities outside of yours will do the trek out to meet up with you in hopes you will resolve their problems! You are a resourceful individual and can assist folks in a variety of ways! You end up making some great contacts that will inspire you to much more than is presently understood!
You may have to deal with broken promises or those with unstable energy, your kindness and generosity will go along way to maintain your good reputation! As well to enable them to find positive and uplifting resolutions in order to get the best out of themselves! Good for you!
