Sublimatus Performs with “Stoned and Sticked”

You may remember these 2 folks as they played with “The Yappers”! Times took a turn and Stew Sparks and Laney V. found themselves reaching into exciting charts unknown, they now are Stoned & Sticked, the drum and bass with vocals duo chose the name as a testament to their musical resiliency and are embracing new musical genres with these changing times.

Laney’s loves are rooted in rock, and over the course of her life and the last 13 years as a drummer range from reggae to jazz. She is currently exploring hand drums to now use her hands for healing through music.

The Sublimatus Project was born after a high note playing to 18,000 people on Parliament Hill, ending a 6 year run with The Yappers. When Zena and Cody approached them, eager for their input as a rhythm section and to be a part of the creative effort, it seemed a timely collaboration of souls seeking similar spirit.
